How do I get started?
We're bringing contractors on through demos right now. Book a 30-minute call and we'll load your price book, quote one of your real jobs together, and set up your account. A self-serve free trial is coming soon.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. Invite your crew leads, installers and office staff at no extra cost. Each person gets a role, so installers see their jobs and not your margins.
What does Epoxus take from payments?
Nothing. You connect your own Stripe account, and deposits and balances are paid into it. Stripe charges its standard processing fee on each payment, the same as if you used Stripe directly. Epoxus adds no fee on top.
Can I use my own pricing?
Yes, and you should. Epoxus starts with an industry-typical price book, and you replace it with your own material costs, labor rates and margins. You can calibrate it against jobs you've already done so quotes match how you really price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing settings in the app and your plan runs to the end of the month or year you've paid for. Cancelling doesn't delete your data, so it's all there if you come back, and you can export it to CSV anytime.
